Quotes and booking

How do I get a quote?

Pick a route and press Request a Quote. For any other trip, use the contact page. You can also call (786) 912-4449 or email support@tourlink.net.

Tour Link reviews every request and replies with a written quote.

Where do you pick up?

Pickups anywhere in Miami-Dade and Broward. Other pickup points in Florida on request.

Do you run trips outside Florida?

Right now Tour Link runs trips inside Florida. Ask us about longer trips and we will tell you what is possible.

What should I send with my request?

The more we know, the closer the quote.

  • The date, and the pickup address and time
  • Where the group is going and when it needs to come back
  • The number of passengers
  • Any stops along the way
  • Luggage, mobility aids, car seats or anything else the coach needs to allow for
How long is a quote valid?

Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date on the quote. After that, ask us to check it again. Prices and availability can change.

What confirms my booking?

You accept the quote in writing and pay the deposit or the full amount due.

Your date is held once Tour Link confirms the booking in writing.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes. Every trip is billed for at least 5 hours of coach time, even a short transfer.

Can we book on short notice?

Yes. Same-day and next-day trips are welcome when a coach and driver are free. Call us and we will tell you right away.

Short-notice trips are paid in full when you book.

How many people fit on a coach?

Each coach seats up to 56. Tell us your headcount and we confirm the number of coaches in your written quote.

Paying

How much is the deposit, and when is the rest due?

If the trip is within 30 days, full payment is due at booking.

Otherwise a 25% deposit is required, with written booking confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before departure.

Do schools and government pay differently?

Schools, colleges and government agencies can book with a purchase order. The booking still requires written confirmation. The balance follows the purchase order terms, which is often after the trip.

How do I pay?

Tour Link sends payment instructions with your quote. There is no online card form on this website yet.

What is not included in the price?

Unless your quote says otherwise, the price does not include:

  • Driver gratuity
  • Tolls and parking
  • Port and airport fees

Changes and cancellations

How do I change the date, passengers or pickup?

Email or message Tour Link as early as you can. Changes depend on availability and can change the price.

A change is final only when Tour Link confirms it in writing.

What happens if I cancel?

It depends on how long before departure you cancel.

  • 31 days or more before departure: Tour Link keeps the deposit and refunds any other payments.
  • 15 to 30 days before departure: Tour Link keeps 50% of the total price.
  • Fewer than 15 days before departure, or a no-show: Tour Link keeps the full price.
How do refunds work?

Every refund is reviewed and approved by Tour Link. Nothing is refunded automatically.

Approved refunds are paid within 10 business days after approval.

What if the weather is bad?

Rain, heat, traffic or a change of plans is not a reason for a refund.

Sometimes Tour Link cannot legally or safely operate. Examples are a hurricane or tropical storm warning on the route, a government order or evacuation, or a road or port closure. Then Tour Link offers a new date. If no new date works, Tour Link reviews a refund of what you paid for the service not provided.

On the day

When does the coach arrive, and where does the driver wait?

The driver aims to arrive about 15 minutes before pickup time, at the pickup on your confirmation. Tour Link sends the driver's name and phone number the day before.

Hotels, ports and airports often have set areas for coaches. We tell you where to meet.

What if we are running late?

Call the number on your confirmation as soon as you know. The driver waits as long as the plan and the driver's hours allow.

Extra time is added to the price and settled in writing after the trip.

Can we add stops?

Yes. List them in your request so they are part of the quote. Each stop adds time.

On the day, ask Tour Link, not the driver. The driver cannot change the route without approval from Tour Link.

How long will the coach wait for us?

The coach waits for the time in your plan. If the group needs longer, call Tour Link. Longer waits can add hours to the price and must fit the driver's legal hours.

What if the group is late getting back to the coach?

Call Tour Link as soon as you know. The coach can wait only if the driver's hours allow it. Extra time is added to the price.

How long can a driver work in one day?

Federal rules limit how long a driver can drive and be on duty. The driver cannot legally go past those limits.

Long days, like Orlando or Key West and back, need planning. Sometimes that means a second driver or an overnight stay. Tour Link sorts this out before the quote.

What's on board and what to bring

How much luggage can we bring?

As a guide, one large bag under the coach and one carry-on for each traveler. Tell us if the group has more, or bulky items like strollers, golf bags or equipment.

Can we eat and drink on the coach?

Yes. Food and drinks are welcome, but no alcohol and no glass. Please take your trash with you.

A professional cleaning fee from $250 applies when a seat or floor needs cleaning after an accident, vomit or a pet. It applies to the person responsible, even on a shared trip.

Can we drink alcohol, smoke or vape on board?

No. Alcohol is not allowed on board, and neither is smoking or vaping.

Is there a restroom on board?

Yes. Every Tour Link coach has a restroom.

Is there Wi-Fi, power outlets or air conditioning?

Every Tour Link coach has air conditioning, a restroom and power outlets. There is no Wi-Fi on Tour Link coaches right now.

Your written quote names the exact coach and its features, because a trip may run on a partner coach.

Can we decorate the coach?

Ask first. If Tour Link agrees, use decorations that need no tape and leave no marks.

Can we play music?

Yes, at a level the driver agrees to.

Passenger conduct and photo release

What are the rules on the coach?

The same rules apply on every Tour Link trip. They keep the ride safe and the coach clean.

  • No alcohol, smoking or vaping on board.
  • Stay seated and keep the aisle clear while the coach is moving.
  • Food and drinks are welcome, with no glass. Take your trash with you.
  • Ask before you decorate. Decorations must need no tape and leave no marks.
  • Keep music at a level the driver agrees to.
  • A professional cleaning fee from $250 applies when a seat or floor needs cleaning after an accident, vomit or a pet. It applies to the person responsible, even on a shared trip.
Does Tour Link take photos or videos on trips?

Sometimes. Tour Link may take photos or short videos on a trip and use them to show its service, for example on this website or in social media posts.

Riding with Tour Link means you agree to this use unless you opt out.

How do I opt out of photos and videos?

Tell the driver on the day, or tell Tour Link at any time by phone or email. Tour Link then leaves you out of the photos and videos it uses.

What about photos of children?

Tour Link uses a photo or video of anyone under 18 only with a parent's or guardian's OK. Without it, the child is left out.

Who accepts these terms for the group?

The group leader accepts these when signing the booking. Please share the conduct rules and the photo terms with everyone who rides.

Who can ride

Can children ride? Do we need car seats?

Yes, children can ride. Florida has rules on car seats for young children. Check the current Florida rule for your children's ages. Families bring their own seats.

Tell us the ages of any young children and we will help you plan.

Is a coach trip easy for older travelers?

Tell us about anyone who needs help with the steps, extra time to board or a seat near the front. The driver can plan for it.

Can I bring a wheelchair or mobility aid?

Tell us about your boarding needs when you request a quote, including whether you need a lift-equipped coach. The vehicle and boarding arrangements must be confirmed in writing before you pay.

Are service animals allowed?

Yes. Service animals are welcome.

Can we bring pets?

Dogs are welcome when you ask first. No cats. Service animals always ride.

Schools, churches and teams

What do you expect from chaperones?

Bring enough adults to supervise the group on board and at every stop. Name one lead chaperone as the contact for the driver and Tour Link.

Chaperones handle head counts and behavior. The driver focuses on driving.

Can you invoice us? We are tax-exempt.

Yes, Tour Link can send an invoice. If your group is tax-exempt, send your paperwork with the request.

Do you plan multi-day trips?

Yes. Share every day of the plan, the hotels and the return date. Multi-day trips use a daily rate and are quoted trip by trip.

Where does the driver stay on an overnight trip?

The driver needs a room near the group. The quote includes a driver overnight charge for each night away. Tell us if your group is booking the driver's room instead.

Cruise groups and airports

Do you pick up at PortMiami and Port Everglades?

Tell us your ship, terminal and sailing times. The pickup point and coach access must be confirmed for your trip.

What if our flight is delayed?

Tell us the flight number. We watch it and move the pickup when we can.

Long delays can change the plan and the price. Tour Link tells you before anything changes.

Is there room for everyone's luggage?

Tell us the number of bags when you ask for a quote. We plan the vehicle around people and bags together.

Safety and the company

Is Tour Link registered?

Yes. Tour Link's USDOT number is 4319024. You can look it up on the FMCSA SAFER website.

Who drives the coach?

Every driver:

  • Holds a commercial driver's license (CDL) with a passenger endorsement
  • Is in a drug and alcohol testing program
  • Follows federal hours-of-service rules
Will our trip be on a Tour Link coach?

Usually, yes. When Tour Link is fully booked, or your group needs a coach we do not have, Tour Link assigns a partner carrier and tells you its name before the trip.

Tour Link stays your contact for the quote and payment either way.

Is Tour Link insured?

Yes. Tour Link carries commercial auto and general liability insurance. Ask for a certificate of insurance.

What if the coach breaks down?

Tour Link arranges a replacement vehicle as fast as possible.

If the trip cannot be completed, the unused part of the trip is reviewed for a refund.
