Host a trip. Your people, your bus.
You reserve the whole coach and invite your people. Tour Link contracts with you, not with your riders.
How it works
Pick a date and destination
Orlando, Key West, a game, a concert, a church retreat. Tell us where and when.
Get a written whole-bus quote
One price for the coach. It lists hours, miles and what is excluded.
Reserve with a 25% deposit
Your date is reserved once Tour Link confirms the booking in writing after the required payment.
Invite your people — up to 56 per coach
Share the plan with your group. You decide who rides and how they pay you.
Ride together; balance due 30 days before
Send us the final headcount with the balance. Then meet the coach at your pickup point.

Questions
What if fewer than 40 people sign up?
The price of the coach stays the same. Fewer riders means each one covers a larger share, or you ride with empty seats. Tell us your headcount by the balance date.
How do the deposit and balance work?
A 25% deposit is required. Your date is reserved only after written confirmation. The balance is due 30 days before departure. If the trip is within 30 days, full payment is due at booking.
What if I need to change or cancel?
Changes are reviewed by a person. Cancel 31 days or more before departure and Tour Link keeps the deposit and refunds any other payment. From 15 to 30 days before, Tour Link keeps 50% of the price. Fewer than 15 days before, or a no-show, Tour Link keeps the full price.
Can I charge my riders?
Yes. That is your arrangement with your group, not a Tour Link sale.
Is Tour Link selling places on my bus?
No. This is your group's private charter. You collect from your own people, your own way. Tour Link contracts with you and only with you.
Do schools and churches need anything extra?
Schools, colleges and government agencies can reserve with a purchase order. Bring enough adults to supervise the group on board and at every stop, and name one lead chaperone as the driver's contact.
